The long-awaited sushi restaurant opened in Sobetsu-cho in April 2019. Uses fresh material from Funka Bay and local rice. The menus are all set menus and the volume is full. In addition, most of the dishes used in the menus are just the whole work that the shop owner has worked on themselves, and they will entertain even the eyes. We offer lunch boxes for take-out, assorted sushi and various types of sushi.
