The first part of the festival is held in Kubonai's Nozon Kankyo Kaizen Center, and it is a "variety show" with karaoke, dance, food and drinks. You can enjoy the local flair! The second part of the festival is the actual "Kubonai Jinja Festival", so this event is held at the Kubonai Jinja (Shrine).
